Ashtanga Yoga

Mysore is the traditional way Ashtanga is practiced in Mysore, India. In this method students are met by teachers as individuals, and the practice is carefully passed along at the student’s own pace. This dynamic system of yoga links an individuals breathing with a series of therapeutic postures. Due to this personalized attention it is like each student is having a private lesson, but in a group setting. Mysore classes are for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. You just need devotion, curiosity to learn, and the dedication to show up with no expectations.

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga.  The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promotes strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.  Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self control.  Kids learn to improve concentration, focus, stimulate their imagination and help release energy. All Levels Yoga

Everyone is welcome.  Whether your a first timer or an experienced yogi, we all flow together.  This class provides paced flow that focuses on longer holds, alignment and deeper stretching.  Beginners become more advanced and the advanced will deepen their practice. See Schedule
